Most consultations take around 30–45 minutes, depending on the size of the property and the level of preparation needed.
You can attend on your own, with your real estate agent, or both. Many consultations are attended only by ASPECT Home Staging Consultants – we know what we are doing. We’re flexible — whatever works best for you.
Our staging packages start from a competitive base price of $2399 that varies depending on the size of the home and the number of rooms staged. We provide a clear, itemised quote after your consultation.
No, we specialise in full staging using our curated inventory to ensure a cohesive, modern look.
We take care of the full styling process from start to finish. This ensures consistency, safety, and a polished final result.
We select pieces based on scale, style, and what will best complement your home. All selections are made by our stylists to ensure the strongest visual impact.
No ASPECT Home Staging provides staging for vacant properties only. This ensures the furniture remains in perfect condition and the styling stays consistent throughout the campaign.
Your agent may only be needed to coordinate access to the property for consultation, install and removal if you are not available. We handle the rest — from install to collection.
Your staging hire period is 5 weeks from the day your home is styled. This covers the full marketing campaign and home opens.
If your campaign extends beyond 5 weeks, additional hire periods in two week increments can be arranged, c to availability. Pricing is 40% of your 5 week agreement upfront for each additional two week increment.
You are welcome to finish earlier, but the 5-week hire fee remains the same, as the majority of the cost is in the installation, styling, and logistics.
Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation occurs after booking confirmation as work on your styling will have already commenced and logistics booked for install. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur additional charges.
ASPECT’s inventory is not available for purchase, but if you fall in love with a piece, your consultant can guide you to similar items. We source from a range of local stores, accessible boutiques, and on-trend suppliers. Our collection is always evolving with current styles and colours that attract today’s buyers.
Minor wear is expected and covered by us. We know accidents happen. Significant damage caused by visitors or occupants may incur a replacement fee. Your agent is expected to help monitor the property during opens.
We take great care during every installation. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, we take full responsibility and ensure it is repaired promptly and professionally.
