Our team will bring all furniture and decor items required on installation day. Everything will be unwrapped and put into it designated place. All wrapping will be removed from your property and then brought back on the day of removal.
It is preferable that only the ASPECT Home Staging team are at the property on installation day. This is a really busy day and everyone knows the tasks they have to complete to ensure the installation is efficient and effective.
Photographs of each styled space will be provided to you with an inventory of what has been left at your property.
All rental periods for furniture and décor is 35 days counting installation day as day 1 and removal day as day 35.
A scheduled removal date will be provided when the quote has been accepted and the installation date has been agreed.
Allow 4-10 hours for furniture and décor installation, depending on the spaces you have selected for staging.
Removal is much quicker but allow 3-6 hours depending on the home staging and property styling selections chosen
